Stat Rx LLC was founded in 2017 in California, originally created in response to the rapidly shifting landscape of pharmacy regulatory compliance. As state boards of pharmacy continued to introduce new mandates and expectations, the need for expertise in operational readiness, patient safety, and clinical excellence became undeniable. What began as a small, focused consultancy has evolved into a trusted national resource for pharmacy innovation.
As the company grew, so did its vision. In alignment with its expanding scope and strategic clarity, the company rebranded and officially became Stat Rx LLC, with a new headquarters established in Florida. This move reflected a broader commitment to serving health systems across the U.S. with agility, compassion, and excellence.
Stat Rx was born from the understanding that many pharmacies, regardless of size, struggle with inefficiencies across multiple domains—survey readiness, clinical outcomes, safety reporting, leadership development, and more. Founder Dr. Bickkie Solomon recognized that technical compliance was only part of the solution. What the profession truly needed were forward-thinking leaders: professionals who could uphold the Oath of a Pharmacist, act with compassion, and give back through meaningful transformation.
Guided by these values, Stat Rx provides strategic consulting, leadership training, and regulatory support to organizations ready to lead pharmacy into its next era—where patient-centered care, operational excellence, and ethical leadership are non-negotiable.
Dr. Solomon brings a global perspective to her work, originally from Australia—a country with a different pharmacy regulatory environment and universal healthcare system. Her transition to the U.S. healthcare landscape revealed significant gaps in system readiness, leadership development, and regulatory agility. Licensed in multiple U.S. states, she brings firsthand knowledge of navigating complex, variable regulatory environments at both the state and federal levels. Motivated by the contrast and inspired by her deep commitment to the profession, she founded Stat Rx to help American pharmacies rise to the challenges of modern care delivery.
Her personal mission—rooted in the Oath of a Pharmacist—is to lead with compassion, elevate professional standards, and help create a healthcare system where pharmacy is not only efficient and compliant, but visionary and impactful.

Chief Executive Officer / Chief Pharmacy Consultant
Dr. Solomon is a nationally recognized pharmacy executive, speaker, educator, and consultant with over 13 years of experience across a broad spectrum of healthcare settings, including inpatient, outpatient, specialty, mail order, home infusion, correctional health, and pharmacy consulting. With a foundation in engineering and over 20 years of leadership experience, she brings a unique, systems-based perspective to healthcare operations and strategic transformation.
She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Stat Rx LLC, where she partners with healthcare organizations and professionals to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and leadership development.
Throughout her career, Dr. Solomon has held executive and leadership roles with prominent healthcare organizations such as HCA Healthcare, Stanford Health Care, Banner Health, Apria Healthcare, and Cardinal Health. She is a Board-Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist and a Certified Executive Pharmacy Leader, with active pharmacist licensure in multiple states and a Consultant Pharmacist license in Florida.
In addition to her leadership in practice, Dr. Solomon serves as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at a California-based Doctor of Pharmacy program. She teaches courses in leadership, medication safety, pharmacy law, regulatory affairs, and hospital operations—bringing real-world insight into academic instruction.
A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Dr. Solomon has presented at major national conferences, including ASHP, AACP, FSHP, and HealthTrust, and frequently leads presentations on leadership, patient safety, and healthcare quality.
