Dr. Bickkie Solomon is a nationally recognized pharmacy executive, speaker, educator, and consultant with more than 14 years of leadership experience across hospital, specialty, home infusion, mail order, regulatory, and consulting environments.
She is the Founder and Executive Consultant of Stat Rx LLC and serves as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at West Coast University. Her work focuses on sterile compounding strategy, medication safety, regulatory readiness, operational recovery, leadership development, and governance-first AI adoption in healthcare.
Dr. Solomon has held leadership roles across major healthcare organizations, including HCA Healthcare, Stanford Health Care, Banner Health, Apria Healthcare, and Cardinal Health. She is a Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist and Certified Pharmacy Executive Leader, with active pharmacist licensure across multiple states.
As a national speaker and thought leader, she has presented for organizations including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists, HealthTrust University, Becker’s Healthcare, Process Education, Team-Based Learning Collaborative, and healthcare AI forums.
Her consulting and speaking work is direct, practical, and execution-focused: helping leaders address the operational problems everyone sees, but too often avoids naming.
