Dr. Bickkie Solomon is a transformational and
results-driven Pharmacy Executive Leader and
motivational keynote speaker whose career inspires
audiences to embrace change, lead with courage, and
unlock new possibilities. With over 13 years of executive
leadership across diverse pharmacy operations —
including inpatient, outpatient, specialty, correctional,
and home infusion — she blends real-world business
expertise with motivational storytelling that resonates
across industries.

Her leadership journey began in 2001, when she
represented young Australians at the National Youth
Roundtable and the Commonwealth Youth Forum. Since
her late teens, she has been deeply engaged in
volunteer leadership and community service, guided by
an upbringing rooted in empathy, compassion, and a
commitment to giving back. Originally trained as an
engineer, she discovered her true calling was to serve
humanity on a broader scale, inspiring her pivot into
healthcare — where she has since spent her career
leading organizations, transforming cultures, and
impacting patient care at scale.
Dr. Solomon has led executive-level change
management in some of the most challenging
environments — places where help is needed the most
and where others are often reluctant to go. These

and provided life lessons that have shaped her into the

Serving as both Vice President and Director of
Pharmacy, Dr. Solomon has a proven record in business
development, turnaround leadership, cost reduction, and
regulatory excellence. She has led cross-functional
teams of 150+ FTEs, launched enterprise-level services
— including a home infusion program built from the
ground up, a transplant service line, and a PGY2
residency program — and consistently delivered results
by aligning with executive priorities and partnering with
the C-suite. Her leadership has included P&L; oversight
exceeding $100M, driving multimillion-dollar savings
while achieving cultural and clinical transformation.
